1. 24/7 international crisis advocacy for women
2. Goal-based empowerment casework support
3. Community education and awareness initiatives

Notably, Shamsaha has developed a mobile application that enhances its GBV response services across the Arabian Gulf. This innovative platform makes virtual GBV support accessible for the first time to millions of women in the region.

The mobile application is designed to provide:

• Emotional and informational support for women throughout the GCC
• Access to emergency food, shelter, medical care, and transportation
• Online and cellular chat, talk, and video support
• Regional resources and victim support tools
